Week 5 and it is mini kit week! I used the most recent mini kit from Polkadot Creative to put this week’s pages together. I love how the coordinating papers and embellishments make it so easy. And that confetti pocket? Perfect! Jodie is getting the February mini kit together right now and it will be available soon (and it will be awesome).

 

Monday was the Australia Day holiday and very very hot and humid. We went up to Rollingstone for a swim and a picnic and it was lovely. Much cooler than in town.

The weather stayed very hot for most of the week with temperatures in the 30s even after the sun went down.

 

The second half of the week went by very quickly. The floods and bad weather south of here have seriously affected stock levels in our supermarkets. At the weekend there was almost no meat and no salad stuff in our local Woolworths.
