Happy New Year! Here we go with Project Life 2013. I have decided to experiment with a new format for the new year.
Last year I used Design A page protector for the year and so almost all of my photographs were in landscape format. This year I am trying Design D and challenging myself to take more portrait format photos.
Here is the left hand side. That great black and white shot of our kids on the beach on New Year’s Day was taken by my good friend Sharon from Projects of my Life. Be sure to check out her great blog.
I have also vowed to use my dSLR more. Regular readers of this blog will know that I have winged about this before
My iPhone is one of the things which helped me to keep up with project life last year but also stopped me from taking my camera anywhere.
To help me in my quest I have this most amazing camera bag from Australian business 3 Annies. Check out their bags. They are beautiful.
I will be sharing this post over at The Mom Creative for Project Life Tuesday. Click over there for heaps of Project Life inspiration.
Love your work. The change in page protector looks awesome
Thanks Kristie
Happy New Year!
This layout is awesome! Love how you included the MORE list for 2013 and the overlays you use on your photos. My phone helped me do PL last year as well and my poor DSLR mostly sat on the sidelines. I need to get better at using it as well.
Thanks for your lovely comments suetrav
Here’s to using the camera more in 2013!
Fantastic layouts. What a wonderful idea to challenge yourself to take more portrait pictures. One of my resolutions is to figure out how to really use my DSLR.
Thanks Cerise. There are so many of us want to learn to use our dSLRs!
Love that list! More sleep!!!! Yay! I love that you are challenging yourself and using a different page protector design this year and how you have combined digi with traditional. As always beautiful and inspiring. x
Thanks so much Jodie. You say the loveliest things
Really looking forward to the challenge of portrait orientation photos…!xx
I love your more list. Very cute idea!
Thanks Wendy and thanks for visiting!
I’m impressed that you’re challenging yourself to use Design D! I shall come back here for some D inspiration should I need it.

I really like this format! I’m new so I’m sticking with design A for now, but something definitely to think about. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Sandy and thanks so much for visiting 😃
