Hello again and welcome to week 14. I hope you had a great Easter.
For us this week we had our 7 year wedding anniversary and the excitement of Flynnie’s first Easter Egg hunt.
Here is my layout both with and without this week’s insert.
The title card needs something a bit more, which I will add when I find the right thing!
The first half of the week included a trip to the movies to see ‘My Week with Marilyn’ which I really enjoyed, our anniversary where we went out for dinner together for the first time in more than 12 months, and a wonderful parcel of books for Flynnie from my parents in England.
The second half of the week was all about Easter and also Flynnie being home sick from daycare.
The insert is for the cards that the boys made at daycare – I wasn’t sure how to display them because Sawyer’s had a very cute picture of him on the back so I didn’t want to stick it down. I don’t like using 12×12 inserts because I feel like it breaks the week up but what I did was to stick the cards onto a 12×12 transparency – that way you can still see through to the second half of the week.
As usual I am linking up with One Happy Mama and The Mom Creative for Project Life Tuesday. Click over there for more Project Life Blogs and inspiration.
Thanks again for visiting, and see you next week!

Another fabulous week!
It all looks great. I would like to see that transparency when we catch up.
Congrats on the Anniversary
Thanks Sharon – must catch up soon
really lovely pages and i love the artwork!!!!
Love the Bunny ears shot!
Thanks Bev – Blogger won’t let me comment on your blog but your pages are lovely again this week
I really love the title card–is that a paper or a transparency? (The one with all of the numbers.) SUPER COOL!
Hi Heather – it is a die cut paper that came at 12×12. I have had it for ages and just used a little bit at a time because I like it so much!
Great pages! I like your style. Those Easter rolls look so yummy.
Thanks Andrea – they were delicious !
Your pages look great Sarah! Love the picture of Marilyn & your cut-out card with all the numbers. Happy Anniversary to you!!
Loving your work! The title page is super-cool, and I love the cute bunny card on the transparency!
love how you did the insert as well as that adorable easter subway art…I think the title card is fun!
Wow! This spread is so pretty. Yay for date night, better late than never
I like your transparency idea and the way you included split photos and collages. I love that little airmail card too, is it part of the core kit?
Hi Nirupama – the airmail card is part of the digital Clementine kit – it is actually a horizontal 4×3 journalling card and I just erased the lines in PSE and then used it vertically.
Love your pages! on your second page – is that a 4×6 cut into two? I love that idea! Going to have to use it. Wonderful pages! Thanks so much for sharing!
Yes – 4×6 cut into two. I have been wanting to do it for ages and was just waiting for a photo where it would work. I love how it looks.
Lovely pages! Great idea using the transparency! It’s so hard getting some of those school projects at times. Great job!
Love the kids artwork. Great pages.
